Can you describe the typical recruiting process for roles at Magnetar?

We hire on an as-needed basis driven by business need. Once a role is opened, the job description will be immediately posted on our Careers page.

Our website always reflects the most recent openings. As resumes are received, they are reviewed against the qualifications of the role, and if there is interest in your resume, our team will reach out to set up an initial HR call to introduce the opportunity. As the interview phase progresses, you can also expect an initial meeting or phone conversation with the hiring manager, followed by one or two final onsite meetings with additional team members or key stakeholders.

If you decide to apply to an opening, you will receive an automated message ensuring your resume was received, and noting that our team will be in touch if there is an interest in your application. You are welcome to apply to as many roles that fit your skillset as you wish.
