As Chief Compliance Officer, Hayley oversees compliance and regulatory matters across the firm, working closely with the firm’s business units to ensure Magnetar maintains the highest standards of compliance.

Previously, Hayley served as Chief Compliance Officer of Magnetar’s Alternative Credit & Fixed Income and Liquid Strategies businesses. Before joining Magnetar in 2022, Hayley was General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of ITE Management LP. Prior to that role, Hayley spent 13 years at The Blackstone Group where she was a Managing Director and served as Chief Compliance Officer of the Hedge Fund Solutions Group, now known as Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BMXA). Before joining Blackstone in 2005, Hayley was an Associate at the law firm Dechert LLP.

Hayley earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University.
