White Hat Capital Partners Announces Structured Opportunities Fund in Partnership with Magnetar Capital

Will Provide SMID-Cap Technology Companies Flexible Capital Solutions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Technology investor White Hat Capital Partners LP (“White Hat”) announced today the formation of White Hat Structured Opportunities LP (“WHSO”), an investment partnership with Magnetar Capital (“Magnetar”), to provide flexible financing solutions to public technology companies with market values up to $5 billion. WHSO will seek to provide structured investments of $50 to 200 million in mission critical technology companies operating in high value markets.
